  • Overview

    The Receptionist will be responsible for improving productivity and assisting with daily office tasks. 


    • Assist in managing the overall organization and upkeep of the office. 
    • Ensure visitors and staff receive prompt service. 
    • Manage conference room reservations and set up. 
    • Phone screen redirect and message handling.
    • Provide administrative support for the office staff as needed. 
    • Administrative duties including: faxing, mailing and order supplies.
    • Other duties as requested by management.  


    • High School Diploma is required. 
    • Must be organized and have the ability to multitask.  
    • Must have strong telephone and customer service skills. 
    • Must be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills.
