Join a high energy, entrepreneurial team and work directly with professionals at all levels of the organization. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work on all aspects of our marketing and advertising programs. You will help execute promotions, events, and campaigns across 57 practices and 14 brands through both digital and traditional channels. The coordinator will manage patient communication, assist in project planning, and facilitate effective communication with our practices. Successful candidates will have strong communication and presentation skills, high attention to detail, excellent organization and planning skills, and a strong customer service orientation.     • Assist with the planning and implementation of key marketing promotions across the company. Take part in planning meetings and engage with practice managers and members of cross-functional teams.
    • Manage the annual promotion calendar, handle local community events and coordinate award programs like Wicked Local Readers’ Choice and Boston Magazine Top Dentist. Work to ensure all brands are included and benefit from each promotion.
    • Plan and execute email, PR and social communications as part of larger marketing initiatives.
    • Work with practices on marketing materials including front desk displays, brochures, patient handouts, and new patient letters.
    • Be hands on in establishing day-to-day activities to improve the current marketing processes
    • Manage requests from the individual practices with goal of meeting expectations and providing excellent service.
    • Effectively communicate details of marketing campaigns, and work with offices to ensure success of promotions and events.  Track results, solicit feedback, and identify opportunities. 
    • Play a supporting role in integration of acquired and new practices.
    • Assist members of the marketing team as needed.



    • Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience.
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Digital citizen with strong understanding of social, email and digital platforms.
    • Familiarity with photoshop or inDesign a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
    • Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.
    • Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.
    • An undergraduate degree is preferred.
