The Applications Support Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining various business applications used within 42 North Dental. This includes but not limited to making enhancements, validating new releases, setting up access to various systems for staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues, documenting processes and useful tips. This individual will be focused on managing the core applications while enabling a self-service model. With the changing technology landscape, this individual will adapt and implement special projects as needed.
