We’re seeking a talented and passionate Recruiter to play a key role in hiring top clinical talent for our rapidly growing network of dental practices. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and engaging candidates to closing hires who align with our values and standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build successful relationships with regional managers, dental directors and managers to understand needs
  • Proactively reach out to candidates via web based methods, social media, professional meetings, trade shows and other sources
  • Assist in development of materials to be used in the recruiting process
  • Manage candidates through recruitment cycle ensuring a positive experience
  • Conduct telephone and in-person interviews with potential candidates
  • Proactively coordinate with regional managers, office managers and senior management team for interview and hiring process
  • Maintain consistent presence in local dental trade schools and deepen relationships with key leaders at the schools
  • Ongoing development of relationships with potential candidates via a variety of methods, including career events at dental trade schools, hosting events in the dental community, targeted mailings, emails, etc.
  • Manage candidates via applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Develop strong pipelines of potential candidates for Hygienists and Dental Assistants in new markets throughout New England
  • Manage image of 42 North Dental and affiliates within the profession through events and continuing education opportunities
  • Develop and disseminate reporting & metrics to enhance the recruitment experience and process
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a position employment experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in professional recruitment role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience working effectively with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws and requirements
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well with other team members
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
