Position Overview 

Reporting directly to the Chief People Office, the HR People Partner serves as a trusted advisor and  partner to business leaders within their assigned region. This role plays a critical part in shaping a high-performance culture by driving employee engagement, strengthening leadership capabilities, and supporting an inclusive, collaborative, and results-driven environment. 

The HR People Partner is both a change agent and an employee advocate delivering high-impact HR solutions, managing complex initiatives, and guiding leaders through the full talent lifecycle. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence at all levels of a multi-site organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to advisor and coach for people related matters by building strong relationships with managers and leaders across your region to promote trust, collaboration, and a positive employee experience.  
  • Advise employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions and matters.  You will also partner and coach to resolve employee relations issues and conflicts that may arise ensuring all situations are handled with fairness and confidentiality.  
  • Champion initiatives to enhance leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.  
  • Lead talent management initiatives including performance management and succession planning while partnering with leaders to address skill gaps and support career growth.  
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive proactive solutions.  
  • Stay abreast and ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations within your region. 

  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred. 
  • 3+ years of HR experience that includes managing employee relations and conflict resolution.  Previous experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism a must. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills required as well as demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization 
  • Strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving and critical thinking skills a must.  
  • Experience in a healthcare or multi-site environment preferred. 
  • Ability to roll-up your sleeves and multi-task in a fast-paced, high growth environment required.
