We offer beneftis and continuing education, and we are a founding member of Women in DSO.   The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the department ticket system, receive and dispatch all incoming service requests.  In this role, the Facilities Coordinator must be able to triage calls prior to dispatching technicians, this will also include calling offices.  Additionally, the Coordinator will organize incoming invoices, maintain the facilities database consisting of lease/landlord information, office equipment, warranty information, etc.  This position will be reporting directly to the Facilities and Construction Manager.    *This role is hybrid. *

He or She is also required to research and follow up on pending claims and generate reports in accordance with established procedures.    The Billing Coordinator will also work closely with staff at multiple sites to ensure correct and timely claim submission and processing.

The practice manager at 42 North Dental is partnered with the Dental Director to drive the growth and success of the office by supporting excellence in patient care and exceeding patient service expectations.  As a practice manager you are responsible and accountable for the results of and the day-to-day operations of the office.
